Amenities are close by with everything just a 10minute drive,
10 minutes to the East is the port town of Dungarvan, here you will find an ample selection of shops, restaurants and pubs and plenty of live music. It is the starting point of the Waterford Greenway a lovely day out for all the family. It is also home to the TV personality Chef “Paul Flynn”, where his Michelin Star restaurant “The Tannery” is located.
15 minutes to the West you will find the Old port town of Youghal, again this offers ample shopping, eateries and pubs with a good selection of live music. The River Blackwater flows into Youghal harbour, offering plenty of fishing and boating activities. “Ahearne’s Seafood Restaurant” is a well know Eatery and is well worth a visit.
About 10 minutes to the South and you will find the Holiday village of Ardmore, with its beautiful beaches and hidden coves. It is home to the 5 star “Cliff House Hotel” which boasts a Michelin star restaurant, Ardmore is also know for another eatery, the well renowned “The White Horses” I highly recommend that you pay this establishment a visit
