Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes best laid plans do not go to plan, Lifes up’s and down’s can sometimes get in the way preventing you from carrying out plans that sometimes are made months or even years in advance.

So we have talked to our customers and got feedback on what is a fair cancellation policy that suits both parties.

Cancelation policy:

If you cancel 5 days or more in advance of your Check-in date, then you receive a 100% refund of the total booking price.

If you cancel less than 5 days prior to Check-in date, then you receive 50% refund of the total booking price.

If you cancel Less than 24hrs before Check-in then the penalty will be as follows, you will be charged full price for the first night and 50% for each subsequent night.

If you cancel during you stay, you will be charged full price for the first night after you leave and 50% for each subsequent night.

In the event of a No-Show then the booking continue as if you have checked-in,
