Terms and Conditions:

Welcome to Tour House! We are thrilled to have you as our guest and are committed to providing you with an exceptional stay. Before you proceed with your booking, please carefully read, and understand our Terms of Service. By using Tour House, you agree to comply with the following terms:

  • 1. Reservation and Payment: 1.1. Booking Requests: All bookings are subject to availability. Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a reservation until it is confirmed by us. 1.2. Payment: Guests must make the full payment at the time of booking, including all applicable fees and taxes. Payment methods accepted will be communicated during the booking process.
  • 2. Check-in and Check-out: 2.1. Check-in: Check-in time is from 3:00 PM onwards unless otherwise agreed upon. Guests must provide identification and follow the check-in procedures as specified by us. 2.2. Check-out: Check-out time is at 10:00 AM on the departure date. Late check-out may incur additional charges unless agreed upon in advance.
  • 3. Guest Responsibilities: 3.1. Occupancy: The maximum number of guests allowed to stay at Tour House is as specified in the booking confirmation. Additional guests may require approval and may incur extra charges. 3.2. Property Care: Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in a clean and tidy condition during their stay. Any damages caused by the guests will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. 
  • Cancellation Policy:
    • If you cancel 5 days or more in advance of your Check-in date, then you receive a 100% refund of the total booking price.
    • If you cancel less than 5 days prior to Check-in date, then you receive 50% refund of the total booking price.
    • If you cancel Less than 24hrs before Check-in then the penalty will be as follows, you will be charged full price for the first night and 50% for each subsequent night.
    • If you cancel during you stay, you will be charged full price for the first night after you leave and 50% for each subsequent night.
    • In the event of a No-Show then the booking continues as if you have checked-in,
  • 5. Safety and Liability: 5.1. Tour House’s Safety Features: Guests must familiarize themselves with safety features provided at Tour House, such as fire extinguishers, emergency exits, and other safety equipment. 5.2. Indemnification: Guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tour House and its owners from any claims, damages, losses, or injuries that may occur during their stay.
  • Insurance: 6.1. Guests are advised to have comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen events or accidents during their stay at Tour House.
  • Prohibited Activities: 7.1. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside Tour House. Designated smoking areas may be available outside the property. 7.2. Illegal Substances: The use or possession of illegal drugs or substances is strictly prohibited on the premises. 7.3. Pets: We do not allow any pets at Tour House, either Indoors or Outdoors.
  • 8. Privacy Policy: 8.1. We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be found on our website.
  • 9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: 9.1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Country]. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [State/Country].
  • 10. Amendments: 10.1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
  • 11. House Rules:
  • No extra guests above the amount of people confirmed in the initial booking are to stay at the property, unless previously agreed to by the Hosts/Owners in a text or email prior to Check-in. Any breach of this rule shall incur a penalty of €100 per person per night of the entire booking. (so please notify us beforehand for permission)
  • No pets are allowed on the premises, either indoors or outdoors, a penalty of €100 per night for each night of the booking shall apply, you will also be held accountable for any extra cleaning fees or damages caused by the animal.
  • No parties ie. stags/hens/weddings etc, are to be held in the house without prior approval of the Hosts/Owners. Failure to follow this rule will result in immediate cancellation of the booking, no refund will apply, and you will be held liable for any damages, cleaning or other fees associated with the incident.
  • No drugs, drug use or drug paraphernalia is to be used, consumed, or brought onto the premises.
  • No illegal activities are to be carried out on the premises.
  • No illegal items of any description are allowed on the premises.
  • Ensure you clean and dirt from your footwear prior to entering the house.
  • Do not leave rubbish or dirty dishes around the house.
  • Do not bring food and beverages into the bedrooms.
  • On your check-out day we ask that you collect all the rubbish and place in the appropriate bins outside.
  • We also ask that you place any used dishes etc in the dishwasher and turn on prior to leaving.
  • Finally, please make sure all windows and doors are securely locked, place the key in the lockbox and scramble the codes.
  • 12. By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions for Tour House. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
